PROKO Privacy Policy

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to www.proko.co and Proko and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Proko include www.proko.co and Proko. The Proko website is a Software as a Service site. By using the Proko website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

 

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered on our Site, Proko may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Proko will need to collect information from the requesting party to verify their identity, and will respond within 45 days of receiving a personal information request (subject to an additional 45-day extension in certain circumstances). 

Please be aware that such a request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your content or information and that there may be circumstances in which the law does not require or allow removal even if requested. For example, if your personal information is contained in a document created by a Proko user, only that user can delete that document.

 

Children Under Thirteen

Proko does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website.

 

Disconnecting your Proko Account from Third Party Websites

You will be able to connect your Proko account to third party accounts. BY CONNECTING YOUR PROKO ACCOUNT TO YOUR THIRD PARTY ACCOUNT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE CONTINUOUS RELEASE OF INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO OTHERS (IN ACCORDANCE WITH YOUR PRIVACY SETTINGS ON THOSE THIRD PARTY SITES). IF YOU DO NOT WANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOU, INCLUDING PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, TO BE SHARED IN THIS MANNER, DO NOT USE THIS FEATURE. You may disconnect your account from a third party account at any time. You can easily disable access to third-party apps or sites within the account settings section.

From time to time, Proko may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from Proko or click on a link therein.
